Throughout the month, we offer an exercise schedule in Long Beach, CA, for beginners and advanced students. When you progress through the sessions, you will boost your energy as well as improve flexibility and balance. Our exercise programs are a great way for people of all ages to get into shape. Dr. Vo, our instructor, is highly knowledgeable and trained in many types of Eastern and holistic exercises.

Tai chi incorporates slow and controlled movements, which help build flexibility, strength, and endurance. Anyone can enjoy this form of exercise and use it to improve their body, mind, and spirit. Our exercise classes are also beneficial for escaping the anxiety of everyday life, achieving pure relaxation, and gaining wisdom.

Schedule and Rates

The class is offered on the weekend, either Saturday or Sunday, usually from 7:30 a.m.–8:30 a.m., at Bluff Park. Learn more about the class schedule.

The cost is $12 per session or $40 per month. (For children 12 years old or younger, the cost is half-price). For your first session, please arrive about 5 minutes in advance to register.
